Wes talked with Gabriela from WildSafeBC, who is the provincial leader in preventing conflict with wildlife through collaboration, education and community solutions. We discussed a lot about bears, including how to prevent conflict reduction strategies and what to do in the case you do encounter a bear. There was a great discussion about bear spray and how to store and use it properly. It was a very informative interview, but we highly recommend you check out their website for information. They have some great "courses" preventing conflicts and living together with wild animals.
