Have you ever dreamed about racing across the desert in an off road race buggy? Now imagine doing it in the early 70's with 6" of wheel travel and an open face helmet. Bob Rae from BC raced all across Mexico, the western states and British Columbia from the early 70's through to the mid 90's. Wes had a great chat with Bob about racing the Baja, Mint 400 and countless other desert races. Bob had some interesting stories about Mickey Thompson, Parnelli Jones and other great racers from all over the Pacific Northwest.
